The 3 Pillars Strong Program is a training template that unlike any other program incorporates Balance Training and Vision Training into every session on top of a thorough Movement Training.
​
The 3 Pillars Strong Program is heavily steeped in Neuroscience and recognizes that wherever there is movement training, intentional vision and balance training is necessary: if you ignore your visual and balance skills you will compromise your movements and athletic performance.
​
​
Format: 
              
  • 10 weekly group sessions (75 min each)
  • Each session contains a short educational segment to better understand the foundational concepts of this Neuro-Athletic-Coaching system
  • Followed by Move Well, Balance Well and See Well Segments
  • Individualization of the program through an Assess – Re-assess process to customize and tailor the                          program, and make it as specific as possible for every individual
 
Manual:                 
  • Every participant receives a 78 page hard copy Manual to track their individual results, take notes and review pertinent information
​
Results are a priority and how we measure success!
  • Those who complete the 3 Pillars Strong Program experience increased levels of skill and performance in any and all activities they do (Move Well), feel more stable and balanced (Balance Well), and have clearer vision and skill (See Well)
  • Participants also reduce or eliminate pain, hit new personal BESTS, feel more capable moving and controlling their body
